Superintendent's Message...

I welcome you to Uinta County School District Four with a great deal of pride in what our school district has to offer and a deep sense of gratitude for having the opportunity to be a part of an amazing school district and community. As your partner in education, we share your desire and commitment to strive to ensure our children are engaged in a meaningful and enjoyable educational experience with the ultimate goal of preparing them to be successful and productive citizens. The school district’s positive and productive partnership with our parents and community requires an unwavering focus and commitment to working together to do what is best for kids.

Uinta County School District Four has established a tradition of excellence academically and in extra-curricular activities. This excellence is made possible by the positive relationship that exists between families and the school district. The many celebrations of students’ successes that we enjoy throughout each school year are a product of an entire community making student success the top priority. We are blessed with outstanding educators whose presence in this district and the positive impact they have on our students’ lives undoubtedly make this world a better place.

The state of Wyoming and the Uinta County School District Four Board of Trustees have made the quality education of our youth a top priority as well. School districts in Wyoming are funded very generously which helps to provide a learning environment that is staffed with the best teachers possible who can teach in a learning environment with very low student to teachers ratios that is focused on maximizing each child’s individual abilities.

I encourage you to use our district website as a source of information and learning, but please don’t hesitate to come by and visit in person if you have further questions or concerns. Speaking on behalf of all staff members in our school district, we welcome the opportunity to engage in conversations pertaining to our mutual goal of educating our children at the highest level and visiting about the many great things happening in Uinta County School District Four.

Yours in Education,
Jeffrey M. Newton
